The minimum order at Harrods Health is 500 units per product for ready formulas. Custom formulas and some packaging types need higher quantities, and we confirm the exact minimum in your quote.
What decides your price per unit
- Formula: the ingredients, actives and fragrance used.
- Fill size: a 30 ml serum costs less to fill than a 100 ml one.
- Packaging: stock bottles and jars cost less than airless, glass or custom moulded packs.
- Decoration: labels, screen printing, hot foil and outer cartons.
- Quantity: the price per unit falls as order quantity rises.

Q.What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
500 units per product for ready formulas. Custom formulas and some special packaging have higher minimums, which we confirm in writing.
Q.Can I order 500 units across several products?
The minimum applies to each product (formula and pack size). For example, three products need 500 units each.
Q.Why do you not publish fixed prices?
Price per unit depends on the formula, fill size, packaging, decoration and quantity, so we quote each project.
Q.Does the price include packaging?
Quotes can include formula, filling, packaging, labelling and cartons. Each part is listed separately so you can compare options.
Q.Do you charge for samples?
Sample terms depend on the project. Ask your account manager when you request them.
