What you can source from us

Minimum order quantities, lead times and prices depend on the format, the materials and the packaging you choose, so we quote each one against your brief rather than publishing a standard list.
How an order works
- Brief. You send product references, target market, expected volumes, retail price position and season. We ask questions where something is unclear.
- Samples. We develop samples to the brief. You review fragrance, look, finish and packaging, and we revise where needed.
- Quotation. We quote per brief. You can request the Incoterms rule that suits your business, for example EXW, FOB or CIF, and we confirm what the price includes.
- Purchase order. Once you approve the final sample and the quotation, you issue a PO and we confirm specifications, artwork and packing in writing.
- Production. We produce against the approved sample and specification.
- Quality checks. We check finished goods against the approved sample and specification before packing. You may also appoint your own inspection agency.
- Packing. Goods are packed to the agreed carton, labelling and palletising instructions.
- Documents and shipping. We prepare the shipping documents and work with your forwarder, or ours, to move the goods. Read more on fulfilment and export and our guide to shipping candles for export.

What a shipment needs depends on the product, the destination and your importer's requirements. As a starting point:

Labelling and testing obligations usually sit with the business that places goods on the market in your country. We work with you on artwork and information, but check the final position with your importer or a compliance adviser.

Yes, you can. We can quote several categories against one brief and plan them for a combined shipment where the timing works.

We do not publish a standard MOQ. It depends on the format, materials and packaging you choose, so we quote it per brief.
Q.Which Incoterms do you work with?
You can request the Incoterms rule that suits you, such as EXW, FOB or CIF. We confirm what the price includes in the quotation.
Q.Do you send samples before I place an order?
Yes. We develop samples to your brief so you can review fragrance, finish and packaging before you issue a purchase order.
